Yes, as you can judge from the title, we are looking for help. Both of your admins at the moment are very busy, but we want to keep the group on functioning properly. We want our dear members to feel welcomed and comfortable here, as well as valuable to the group.
Therefore, we are looking for a contributor or two, who would want to help keep this group on going. Contributor will help us accept/deny submissions, manage the group, and if required/wanted, create organize events or bring other ideas to life. Basically, doing whatever you want with the power you have (though we will punish if you won't behave
).
If you wish to apply, here are some criteria we are looking for. A contributor must:
like the group and its theme
have a full understanding of the group's vision (this is necessary when it comes to approval of submissions)
not be afraid to deny requests if assumed inappropriate
show some perseverance and commitment

Introduce yourself and tell us what do you think about the theme/vision (in order for us to see that you understand our vision)
Why we should choose you? (tell us your positive sides and how will that benefit the group)
